Lainhart, a senior first baseman, went 3-for-4 from the plate with two doubles and an RBI. Lupton struck out 10 of the 20 batters he faced and also went 3-for-3 at the plate with four runs scored and two RBIs as the Hawks held on to the No. 2 spot in the 4A Southern Idaho Conference standings. Ogata struck out 17 while allowing one run and seven hits in a 4-1 win over Middleton and a 2-0 shutout of Columbia. From the plate, Ogata went 7-for-11 with two doubles and four RBIs, helping the Knights improve to 16-1 overall and 12-0 in the 4A Southern Idaho Conference.
