It's the season opener for the Idaho Steelheads. Might as well get up close to cover the action. Steelheads Michael Neal and Stockton's Kenny MacAulay hit the plexiglass.

I was driving by Idaho Expo in Garden City this morning and noticed hot air balloons (they were hard to miss) being inflated and rising into the air.

The Boise State Broncos football team run onto the field through the fog in the South end zone on Saturday night. Those that saw the game may say that the Broncos played in a fog for most of the first half against UC Davis. The Broncos did beat the Aggies 34-16 but a lot of people predicted the game would be a blowout.

It seemed like all of Boise and their dogs were out at the the See Spot Walk event on Saturday morning.

We had a booth there and shoot lots of photos of the humans and their owners.

I hope you got a chance to spend some time outside on Sunday. It was a glorious late-summer day, and possibly our last of this year as temperatures are predicted to plummet in the middle of next week.
