Like I said before
They should shake this guy until his eyes fall out.
How about this...
Execute him by putting his idiot melon in one of those paint mixers at home depot until his frikkin' brains fly out of his ears.

Better yet
Stone him.
gosh
I didn't realize the latest technique in CPR for babies involves shaking them when they stop breathing and then throwing them back onto a bed before you go to the phone and call 911. Maybe I should take a refresher course....
No doubt accepted practice
in Mexico. I am surprised his attorney's did not claim the infant committed suicide because the baby had a "medical condition".
It is interesting to see the sentencing guidelines or lack thereof from state to state. The baby killing fathers here in Oregon no matter what race or ethnic background receive way more than 3years compulsory. So Idaho is a good place for baby killers and a bad place for bicycle rider killers. Here, you run over someone on a bike and if it is even prosecuted the judges claim it is an accident without malice and you go free...kind of like the muslim's proclamation of it being Allah's will.
I'm shaking all over
at this outrage! Glad in 1/09 we will have a president that will solve this problem too! OBAMA yes he can, if he can't do it no one can!
I'm not sure which is worse.
The folks who blame Bush for every tiny thing that has ever gone wrong in their lives in the last 8 years, or the one's who think Obama will fix everything including cancer and earthquakes. All things are supposed to finite, to have a quantifiable amount. These forums continually challenge that notion by providing almost unending stupid.
