Read sometime about sentences some get. A money crime and you spend much time sitting in a cell, take a life and stay in your comfy home? Justice?? There are tons of people taking meds for chronic conditions, that doesnt doesnt excuse driving under the influence and robbing the community and family of a wonderful person. Just my two cents.

Far as all motorcycles and scooters spewing more poison in the air than a HumVee, I say, maybe?! But, my 1600 Kawasaki has a catalytic converter and it certainly doesn't put out anything close to the emissions of a non-restricted scooter exhaust, or a blairing, straight-piped Harley. What's even funnier about that "blairing sound" is that when I was in high school in Boise, I pulled the muffler off my 305 Honda Scrambler and put snuffer-nots in the pipes to open and close the straight through sound. When I left my garage, I didn't make it ten feet down Broadway before I was pulled over and ticketed for loud pipes. How do these Harley riders (doctors, lawyers, etc) get away with having illegal pipes in the city limits? I doubt if the decibel law has changed...but as in the case above, the legal tolerance has changed...hmmm, something wrong here.
