When Americans go back to school..

When Americans go back to school and get some marketable skills, maybe they can fill these jobs.
Graduating from High School just means that, generally speaking, you didn't get arrested while your parents worked.
When grads quit playing video games and stop being active in the "shopping club" with thier parents money, then mabye they can develop some marketable skills.
