That's what makes this area so great to live in. It's a good thing and it's fun. Snow and sunshine is much better than rain.
I assume that this kind of headline is for
people who have never been in Idaho during late July and may have just arrived from Iceland or Northern Canada or for people who think that it's December.
Or perhaps the Stateman's editor and staff are not actually in Idaho but are doing their jobs from their homes in Europe or Alaska.
