It's About Time
That place is in bad shape. It doesn't look like much has been put into it since the 70's. If WAC teams have to go play there, It needs to be upgraded.
Idaho Alum!
Being an alum from THE University of Idaho I'm glad something will be done about the dome, but I don't think you need to expand Kibbie. Maybe a new outdoor stadium would be better, and just do a remodel for the dome...
That would seem cheaper.
The Dome would make a better concert venue and multisport center than a football stadium.
