Matt Erpelding, a Democratic candidate for Idaho House of Representatives District 19A, says he has received the endorsement of the Conservation Voters for Idaho.
The public is invited to meet Erpelding from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, May 11, at 6301 N. Pierce Park Lane. The gather will be hosted by Gail Bray, Frank Walker, Anne Coshe, and Barbara and Frank Roberts. All are invited to attend.

Brad Goodsell is a Democratic candidate for Idaho House of Representatives in District 19B. His campaign has announced that he has received the endorsement of the Idaho Public Employees Association (IPEA).
Goodsell, a Boise native, is an attorney who served as Deputy Attorney General for 17 years. He is currently the owner and managing member of North End Law, PLLC, and serves as director of legal affairs for IPEA.

Hy Kloc, a Democrat running in the Dist. 16 primary against David Honey, said Friday that he's gotten the nod from Conservation Voters of Idaho.
He said the group will issue an official press release next week.

Holli High Woodings, a Democratic candidate for Idaho House of Representatives District 19B, announced Wednesday that she has received the endorsement of the nonpartisan Conservation Voters for Idaho.
The public is invited to meet Woodings at the Conservation Voters for Idaho’s Green Tie 2012: Cocktails for Conservation from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Beside Bardenay, 612 Grove St. in Boise.

Mat Erpelding, a Democratic candidate for Idaho House of Representatives District 19A, says he has received the endorsement of the Idaho Public Employees Association.
Erpelding is a small business owner and educator.
IPEA'S endorsement:
"We were impressed with Mat's knowledge of the legislative process, and with his experience developing policy. He will be a great advocate for Idaho working people and for public employees. Mat has a primary challenger, so please vote for Mat in the Democratic primary on May 15!"

The Association has endorsed Hy Kloc, a Democrat who faces David Honey in the May 15 primary race for the Dist. 16 House B seat.
"Hy has proven himself to be extremely knowledgeable on state government issues, and he has a pragmatism that we believe will help him address the problems facing Idaho," according to the IPEA website.
The organization has also endorsed other Democrats, Richard Keller in Dist. 15, Sue Chew in dist. 17, Branden Durst in Dist. 18 and Democrats Mat Elperding and Brad Goodsell in Dist. 19.

The West Bench Neighborhood Association hosts a candidate forum, 7 to 8:45 p.m., May 2 at the Library at Cole and Ustick.
Candidates from contested primaries for Legislative District 16 Seat B, David Honey and Hy Kloc on the Democratic ticket, Fairy Hitchcock and Graham Paterson on the Republican ticket, will participate.
Candidates for Ada County Commission Seats 1 and the Republican candidates for Seat 3 will also participate.

Mat Erpelding, a Democratic candidate for Idaho House of Representatives District 19A, said Monday that he received the endorsement of Idaho Sen. Elliot Werk.
Erpelding, a small business owner and educator, said in an e-mail Monday that he was honored to have Werk's endorsement.
"I admire how hard he has worked to defeat the Luna laws and I am looking forward to collaborating with him in the future," Erpelding said.
Erpelding worked as a policy aide this year to House Minority Caucus Chair Representative Brian Cronin.

Troy Rohn, a Democratic candidate for District 19 A, has announced that he received the endorsement of Boise city firefighters.
Rohn is a biology professor and researcher at Boise State University.
In an e-mail Monday, Rohn said he's "proud and honored to have the support of Boise’s firefighters, who embody hard work, sacrifice and the willingness to help others in the Boise community, including citizens of District 19."
