Boise State President Bob Kustra released two statements on Monday night. In the first, shorter statement, Kustra did not deny reports that the Broncos were considering a move back to the Mountain West.

Sophomore guard Anthony Drmic's only 3-pointer of the game gave Boise State a lead it would not relinquish and the Broncos held off Louisiana 63-57 in a back-and-forth game at Taco Bell Arena on Sunday.

Still long way to go for Big East in TV negotiations

It could be weeks or months before the Big East is prepared to announce a television contract, Commissioner Mike Aresco told the Idaho Statesman on Thursday.
"I don't know whether we're in the second inning or the third inning. We have a long way to go," Aresco said.

Guard Darnell Taylor and forward James Webb III signed National Letters of Intent to play basketball at Boise State on Wednesday, the school announced.
Both are junior college players. Taylor (6-foot-4, 190 pounds) is a sophomore at Saddleback Junior College. Webb (6-9, 190) is a freshman at North Idaho College.

Sophomore guard Anthony Drmic had 25 points, 10 rebounds and five assists as the Boise State men's basketball team defeated Oakland 88-80 on Tuesday night at Taco Bell Arena.
Boise State improved to 2-0 with the win.
Drmic was one point shy of his career high, set last year against Idaho. It was his second career double-double.
Big East announces divisional alignments for 2013, 2014

Boise State will be in the Big East West division with San Diego State, Houston, SMU, Memphis and Temple, the league announced Tuesday.
The East Division will have Rutgers, Connecticut, Cincinnati, Louisville, South Florida and Central Florida.
