Before you start whining about the temperatures (yes, I am talking to you), ask yourself this: Do these people look miserable? Nope, and the air temperature was hovering around zero Saturday at the Youth Ice Fishing Day at Horsethief Reservoir. Lots of folks were out on the ice having fun and catching fish. It's prime time for ice fishing, and I got word today there's good ice fishing at C.J. Strike Reservoir near Cottonwood Campground. Get out and enjoy it. I will have an Idaho Outdoors cover story on ice fishing on Jan. 31.
