Grand opening of Petco in Meridian Saturday will feature 'Howl-o-ween' adoption event

Petco is partnering Saturday, Oct. 20, with the Meridian Humane Society in an adoption event as part of the grand opening of the new store at Meridian Town Center.

The event, which has been dubbed "Howl-o-ween," will feature dogs in costume. Trick-or-treaters are welcome — and they will receive candy.

The festivities start at 11 a.m.

Meridian Town Center is 2200 N. Eagle Road, which is at Eagle and Fairview. Learn more about the efforts of the Meridian Humane Society at the group's Web site and Facebook page.
