It's a good time to get new people.

Throw the incumbents out,

on account of the gross inefficiency witnessed recently in downtown Boise. On Tuesday after Columbus Day, Fairview between downtown and the connector was restricted to one (yeah, 1) lane during rush hour - a colossal problem that created traffic backup for miles, delaying everyone close to an hour.

Why the he11 didn't the construction crews work all weekend, or during nighttime hours, to avoid this kind of goat-rope?

I get the feeling that nobody, including the Commissioners, is paying attention. All ought to be ashamed, and tossed out.
