After our story about local thrift stores ran in Sunday's paper, I got a call from The Grace Place — Love INC thrift store. Turns out they're having an event next week. The store will have a free continental breakfast for seniors age 60 and over next Friday, Sept. 21, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. They're also giving 60-and-older shoppers a 10 percent discount all day.
The store is usually open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday, but they're opening early next Friday for the breakfast.
