Former Boise State quarterback Kellen Moore has made the Detroit Lions' initial 53-man roster, according to the Detroit Free Press.

The team still could make some changes as it looks at which players were cut by other teams.

I'll try to post some more later. And we'll have a full story in Saturday's paper.

Other roster news:

CB Brandyn Thompson was cut by the Redskins.

TE Tommy Gallarda (Falcons) and S George Iloka (Bengals) made the 53-man rosters. Iloka was a fifth-round draft pick in 2012.

Good news!

Go Broncos!

Congrats....

Kellen....

Way to go....

Great, but I don't think they play the Seahawks, do they?

Seattle is finally a really good team this year and I'd love to see Kellen against a Pete Carroll team.
