Governor Butch Otter announced the recipients of the 2012 Governor’s Awards in the Arts on Aug. 6.
Here is this year’s winners who will be honored at a ceremony and receive a silver medallion designed by artist Elizabeth Wolf on Sept. 27 in Twin Falls.
