More rivers close for chinook fishing Sunday, Aug. 5

The Ellis and Stanley areas will close to chinook salmon harvest at the end of fishing Sunday, August 5. As previously announced, the Clearwater River main stem, the North Fork, Middle Fork and South Fork Clearwater and the Snake River downstream of Hells Canyon Dam also will close to Chinook salmon fishing at the end of fishing Sunday, August 5.
