Tickets to Chris Isaak concert in Eagle go on sale June 8

If you read Scene's guide to outdoor summer concerts last week, you noticed that singer-songwriter Chris Isaak is headed to the Eagle River Pavilion on July 20.

Here are the rest of the details: Isaak will perform at 7 p.m. (6 p.m. doors). Tickets will cost $35 lawn, $49.50 reserved seat, $99.50 VIP, and go on sale at 10 a.m. June 8 at Ticketfly.

Isaak last visited the Treasure Valley in 2010, when he performed at the Idaho Botanical Garden.

Whew!

Saw Chris Isaak open for Tina Turner a few years ago. Worst act, with a capital W, I've ever seen. Zero stage presence, negative vibe all the way round.

But... How was Chris Isaak?

I've seen him many times over the years and using the term "zero stage presence" when talking about Chris Isaak means either you weren't really there -OR- he wasn't really there. The guy entertains the second he steps on stage until he's on the bus headed to do it all over again. Maybe you were hoping for a private dancer and got a solitary man?

Chris Isaak concert!

Saw him years ago at the B of A Center in downtown Boise!
He rocked the house... no stage presence? What are you taking about!!
Shoud be a great show on a Friday night under the stars!
