Boise State announced the hiring of Marshall Malchow as assistant director of player personnel Friday. Malchow, who attended Alabama, worked for the Crimson Tide as a recruiting specialist as an undergraduate. At Boise State, he will assist in recruiting functions.

“We are thrilled about the addition of Marshall to our staff,” Boise State coach Chris Petersen said in a statement. “He’s a really sharp young man that brings a lot of energy to the position.”

Another cog

in the wheel that keeps on spinning and winning. The Bama' background should be huge in recruiting.

How many folks they need to run others running others?
