District 18 candidate Matthew Duncan will participate in the AFL CIO forum, 12:30 p.m., Saturday, April 28 at Boise Central Trades, 225 N. 16th St., Suite 114A. Duncan, a Democrat, faces Branden Durst in the May 15 primary for the Dist. 18 Senate seat. »
