Awkward transition between duck hunting and fishing

Poor Dusty is having a tough time adjusting to fishing season. Maybe it was because we float and duck hunt out of the same drift boat we use for fishing, or because we were wearing camo, and to her credit, there were lots of ducks flying around, so I guess she decided she had to fetch something. I just have to accept that Labs are Labs. She's usually pretty good about staying in the boat, but this fish flopping around was more than she could stand. If you're thinking about getting out tout fishing, it's not too early. They're biting.
