Walking in the rain

Neither rain nor, well, more rain kept John Hinkson from his daily dose of foot-powered exertion on Tuesday morning. "I'd be up on the trails, but they're too muddy; or on my bike, but it's too wet," he says. So he made a loop from Ann Morrison Park to the Boise Depot and back. "We don't get this much (rain) this often and we sure need it."
