8:37 p.m. — Capital 24, Highland 3: After a punt of minus-six yards by Highland, Capital took over at its own 48-yard line and needed runs of 28 and 24 yards by Charlie McMartin gave the Eagles a 21-point lead. Capital is on the verge of taking complete control, but Highland will get the ball to start the second half, giving the Rams a chance to get some momentum in the second half.
