Learn the fishing secrets of the Boise River

If you want to learn about fishing the Boise River and what can be done to improve the fishing in our backyard river, listen to some experts at 6:30 p.m. tonight (June 24) at the Caldwell Library, 1010 Dearborn St., Caldwell.

Idaho Rivers United and the Caldwell Library are presenting “Fishes of the Boise River,” with Idaho Fish and Game fisheries biologist Jeff Dillon. You’ll learn about the native fish of the Boise River, the current condition of the fishery, and the efforts of agencies and citizens to improve the fishery.
