Boise State has 350 tickets remaining for Wednesday night's game against Louisiana Tech. The Broncos have sold out their first two home games this season.
Tickets are available at Select-a-Seat outlets, www.idahotickets.com and the Athletic Ticket Office (426-4737).

The Broncos are getting a nice boost from the computers early in the season. They are 14th in the latest BCS projections at collegebcs.com, four spots ahead of their ranking in the coaches' poll and Harris poll, the two human polls used by the BCS.
The Broncos, who are the only team in the West with a road win against a current Top 25 team, are fifth in the combined rating of four BCS computers — behind Alabama, Oklahoma, Utah and Texas.
The Broncos are fourth in the Sagarin rating used by the BCS. They are 13th in the Sagarin rating that emphasizes margin of victory and sixth overall.
The problem for the Broncos is they will lose computer strength as they start playing teams like Utah State and Idaho. The Vandals are 180th in the Sagarin Ratings. The only FBS team ranked lower is No. 190 Army.

WALK UP!
No problem here they'll be walk ups. keep the sell out streak going!
Please make this announcement a priority!
I would NEVER have thought there were tickets left for tomorrow's game, wouldn't even dream of getting the opportunity. I imagine the tix would be gone in an hour if it was clear that tickets are still for sale. Hopefully, this will get some play on the news tonight, we need a HUGE crowd to continue to build our ESPN cred!
GO BRONCOS!!!!
Cripe
Where is BYU projected to land in the BCS Projections?
BYU
BYU is 10th, Utah is 11th right now.
350 Tickets Remaining
It is quite surprising that there are any tickets remaining. When was the last time BSU failed to sell out a home game? What is the consensus of opinion as to why there are tickets remaining?
Last non-sellout
It was the season opener in 2006, against Sacramento State. Boise State has sold out 14 straight home games. This game should sell out, but the 2,000 extra seats and Wednesday night game make it more challenging than usual.
ESPN
Most people will probably watch it from home after a hard days work. It's not your typical sat. game where you wake up at 9, get your butts out the door by 10, go to the tailgate party by 11 and enter the game rowdy and canned by 4. I know I would love to see this game in person but I have full day at the office and will be lucky if I see kick off by 6 after I finish all my paper work...or I could reschedule my afternoon and tell them the BRONCO"S are playing!! Need to iron my BSU shirt for work. Good luck against La T.
BSUniversity...
I don't imagine he'll be buying one of those tickets....probably still trying to recover from the Trojan embarrassment last week.
Let's not kid ourselves...
He's no connection to USC. He is a north Idaho vandal troll, and is disgruntled because Idaho is so bad and BSU has come so far so fast. He tries to link himself to the best team in the nation, and tries to trash lil ol Boise State, and rub our nose in the fact that we aren't USC. Well no crap vandal, not many teams are :) He has no life, and us entertaining his little diatribes gives his life meaning. What a sad life he must have :(
Sellout
it's still suprising that a team like Boise State even has to worry about a home game not being a sellout. There shouldn't be a game left at home that isn't. I don't think as fans we can compare ourshelf to schools in say the sec, were a team ranked in the top 20 wonders if there are tickets left this late before kickoff.
It is kind of sad actually :(
There is no doubt in my mind it will sell out, but it is kind of lame to rely on the statesman/walk up to sell out. These games should be sold out immediately after the individual tickets have been released. We still have a long way to go, but it's been and I'm sure it will continue to be a fun ride :)
As a Midwest transplant, I
As a Midwest transplant, I find it funny listening to the people I worked with talk about BSU ticket prices. A majority of them would always say that they're too high. Now I've never really checked this out, but they said they were between $20-$45 a seat. I hear this, then I think about my family members who pay $50-$75 a seat for a Big Ten game and not saying a word. The attitude of BSU fans is really quite comical if you think about it. They want to compete on the big stage, and to do that the program needs money to build bigger/better facilities. But they wont pay the money to sit in the stands, which sponsers and TV executives see. Until BSU fans get over their conservative attitudes towards opening their wallets, BSU will never get above a Mid-Major no matter how much you all wish.
Yup...
I'm living in Denver now, and wanted to go to the "rocky mountain showdown" between CU and CSU. After the schools released their tickets I had a choice between 120 dollar cheap seats, and 500 middle grade to 1,000 plus for premium. (And neither team was close to even the "also receiving" votes category. Boise State fans don't know how good they have it!!! And your right, before they can be an elite program, they'll need elite program money.
Your an idiot Vandal fan
Theres plenty of places that charge a certain price year in and year out. Ive gone to USC games and paid $47 bucks for my tickets. My buddy has season tickets to the New York Giants and he pays $50 bucks a game for the last 10 years and has decent seats. So tell me Vandal, will the Giants ever get above World Champions because their fans only pay 50 bucks a game?
You stupid hicks look for any reason to tear down our Broncos. Its not happening. The Nation is here to stay and will only get stronger. The attitude of the Bronco fans in general is far from comical. They are passionate and love their team. So you work with a few losers...get real.
"Opening thier Wallets?"
Thats not a paper billboard hanging on top the the staduim.
We are building something special in Boise...
The fans are passionate and I believe that someday the culture/community here will support an elite football program. We do have a little ways to go whether some fans agree or not. I pay 77 bucks a ticket for season "denver" Broncos tickets. They are in the south end zone and I still think they are a steal! That landon guy must be getting some great deals, props to him.
Please don't judge Bronco fans to harshly by his response. We get so many trolls on these boards that sometimes Bronco fans come off a little pissy. I know what you mean though, lots of fans complain about the ticket prices (especially on message boards) and they don't know how good they have it price wise, or parking wise for that matter!
Perspective
Have those midwest friends of yours seen prices go up 400% in the last 4 years? Because about 4 years ago to now that is the price change. Of course people will complain about prices when they go up that fast! And are they pooling from a population of only 500K? Not!
Also, we just added a couple thousand seats and will still sell out every game. Anyone who complains about how long it takes to sell out an expanded stadium against a bottom WAC opponent on a Wednesday freakin night is a buffoon!!!
What makes BSU special is how fast it is booming and continues to expand and grow! You can't ask for any more than that!
It if foolish to compare BSU to other programs to define their success. An intelligent person will compare BSU now to BSU 5 years ago to define success. And few programs out there can match that kind of success when comparing themselves the same way!
GO BRONCOS!!!
No, actually Madison
No, actually Madison Wisconsin has only 225,000 and we sell out an 83,000 seat stadium every game. No matter if it's Ohio State or Cal Poly. So quit your complaining. Hooknliberty is right, you guys really dont know how good you have it. The ticket prices have gone up only 10%, but there's also a $1000 per-seat-per-year charge for season ticket holders that was added. And our waiting list is now at 10,000 people. Still nobody complains. So what if they've gone up 400%, so they've gone from $10 a seat to $40? It's still WAY below what everyone else pays and you still complain.
Hooknlibery I must say you are the first rational BSU fan I have encountered on these forums. Thank you for not assuming that anyone who questions the Broncos is a Vandal fan. I always said when I was in Boise that the team is great, it's too bad there are fans like JLandon that ruins your reputation to the rest of college football community.
This is all new to many of the residents of Boise...
Sometimes it's hard to act like you've been there before when you haven't. I know a lot of Bronco fans feel we have officially arrived, but some still have no idea of the disparity that exists in resources between us and so many other programs. Truth be told in the last decade, I've been to (sans this year) every home game, and at least 90% of our away games, and as a die hard college football fan many other non BSU games. I've learned a few things in my travels.
One, we've got a long way to go (and that's OK because our rise into the national college football conscious has be swift and amazing, especially considering how much we've accomplished with less!)
Two, in all fairness, we are a little starry eyed and naive, but as a hole we have a great fan base. I've never seen opposing fans treated better than at our stadium, and I don't believe the homer in me is noticing this, I've actually been blown away with how friendly Boise is, and I've lived in every region of the US.
Three, we are extremely passionate about our team, we travel very well, and we will stop at very little to ensure that we become an elite program come hell or high water.
Unfortunately breaking into the good ol' boys club of college football is kind of nerve raking, and sometimes our fans feel like our back is against the wall, and it's "us against the world." I'm sure that's why some of us come of as boorish, but I think in time it will be easier to act like we've been there before :)
You are
such a crybaby cah and you are a Vandal...I ruined nothing...I thought your coworkers did that already..lol...Quit crying about Bronco fans being comical. You are the joke on here.
Please stop making us look like douches :)
thanks :)
This argument...
... is extremely disingenuous. Madison is a short drive from Chicagoland -- one of the largest metro areas in the country. The entire Treasure Valley is barely 1/20th the size of the Chicagoland metro area (400k vs 8 million).
Hey statesman staff...
Any word on the sellout?
