Duncan sentencing roundup

For many reasons — some rather personal — I'm glad to see the Joseph Edward Duncan III sentencing reach its conclusion.

• Click here for my Wednesday afternoon blog about the sentence. As a prospective juror in this sentencing process, I'm not sure how the interests of justice are served by exposing jurors to Duncan's depraved brutality — and asking jurors to make a life-or-death judgment like this.
