it closed when the previous owner reassumed it and found that the lady still blanched the fries (okay but really ancient) but those fries and other things were all around rotting and the hygiene was just sickening.

The same woman was involved in a Treasure Valley downtown residential apartment/hotel fire of note not much later.

Something definitely and sadly wrong with that woman.

NOT FOOD for you to think about.
