"Sex and the City" movie is going to be big

The May 30 release of the "Sex and the City" movie is, for some, one of the biggest movie releases of the year. Thousands of women (and you can admit it, guys, some men) are eagerly anticipating the release of the film version of the perennial Golden Globe and Emmy winner.

And marketing execs for the film are only fanning the flames by keeping the plot top secret. We do know that notoriously single gal Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) ties the knot in the movie. There's even a naughty rumor that one of the characters dies in the movie.

The reality, however, is that it doesn't matter what happens on screen. This could be the worst adaptation of a TV show to film ever and it would still bring in piles of money at the box office.

The $200 "Sex and the City" DVD sets are still in the top 500 DVD's sold on Amazon.com three years after being released. This movie will be big. The question is, "will it be good?"

I'm going to enlist some help from a few women I know to take a look at the movie when it comes out for a frank assessment. I'll blog on it in early June.

Garbage

This movie is true trash, jsut like the rest of Hollywierd obession with pushing sexually promiscious lifestyles on us.

I'm no help here...

I don't believe in cable, digital radio, DTV and fairytales.
