Submitted by Kevin Richert on Fri, 01/25/2008 - 5:39pm.

• State Sen. Mike Burkett, Boise.
• House Minority Leader Wendy Jaquet, Ketchum.
• House Assistant Minority Leader George Sayler, Coeur d'Alene.
• House Minority Caucus Chair John Rusche, Lewiston.
• State Rep. Les Bock, Boise.
• State Rep. Liz Chavez, Lewiston.
• State Rep. Margaret Henbest, Boise.
• State Rep. Nicole LaFavour, Boise.
• State Rep. Anne Pasley-Stuart, Boise.

So
And so, by the Statesman listing this, are you not indirectly working for the Obama campaign.
Haven't seen the Statesman endorsement yet, but I'll bet who it will be.
Man only has one brain, ya dig?
Ever hear the line about the views and opinions of our columnists do not necessarily represent the official opinion of this publication, McClatchy Newspapers (sic) or any related and/or sister publications?
Mr. Richert can feel however he likes about whomever and express that without it being the official endorsement of the Idaho Statesman. For that matter, he doesn't have to have a thing to do with the official decision. the publisher/general manager would likely do that anyway and if you want it going to the NTH, The CEO of McClatchy himself could declare a companywide choice, though it wouldn't make them very popular.
Good point,
and I'm a Democratic Party guy and Obama supporter, but it seems odd that the editorial side of the fence would be doing what looks like reporting. I guess a blog kind of blurs the lines a little?
I wonder who is not on the list?
UPDATE: looks like Sen. Kate Kelly and the House members from the Boise central bench and southeast are not on board.
Hmm...
Aren't there about 2 million plus living in Idaho? ;-)
INTERESTING BUT
would be more interesting to see a list of those Ds that didn't endorse or support the candidate. Seems to me there was a similar endorsement early on -- the list was much shorter then -- early holding out for a possible appointment after prez election?? Interesting and now climbing on the band wagon.
List of GOP supporters?
I don't remember seeing Kevin blog about the list of GOPers supporting Romney? Would be interesting to see how many LDS (and wanna be LDS) are supporting him.
Not enough space
Post a link. The list would probably crash the Statesman's server.
Mondale of the Midwest...
Willard Milton Romney...relative ran AMC, Republican of the Ramblers/Rambler of the Republicans.
What a Conservative Studnik. Mop the aisles so them ladies don't slip over all their melting sisters.
The man who makes corn flakes look scandalous. Kelloggsgate. Is there egg on my PLATE?
My god I will never get a date if MITT is in Washington. Finally the solitude and peace the Kennedys wanted.
YEP.
I do not care who endorses this guy
I am under no circumstances voting for obama; i'd vote for Rommney first. I like Edwards, I can live with Clinton but there is NO Obama vote in my future. I've listened to his speech and he is too much like GWB for me. Democrat or not this guy is a nut case and we've had too much of that lately already.
