Money down the toilet

Actually, money down the toilet is a good thing.
I was happy to see that the U.S. Forest Service's Emmett Ranger District is applying for several grants from the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation and the grants include toilet upgrades.
The grant requests toilet replacements at Cartwright Ridge and Sage Hen Dam at Sage Hen Reservoir, and also at the Swinging Bridge Campground along the North Fork of the Payette River and Idaho 55.
The proposed projects will replace old, failing toilets with newer-style vault toilets that aerate more effectively and prevent possible leakage of sewage into the adjacent water bodies.
Whew, that's a good idea.

Are they still stinky and out of toilet paper?

I doubt that will EVER change!
